Before I write this content, I wanted to mention that I will be catching up engaging with the comments for my last two posts. Because I usually don't write any new content before responding to all the comments.

Thanks @arunava for inspiring me to write this post.

I'm just going to write some Asymmetric risks that I took in my life so far.

  1. When I was 18 years old, I decided to move to London (a big city) from Sri Lanka.

There’s a ton of upside to living in a big city. I was working and living around millions of other people. I have had a better chance of catching a lucky career break in London than living on a small little island on the Indian ocean.

  1. In 2011 January, I decided to quit my retail jobs and started hunting for my first co-operate jobs.

Even if I failed in securing my first co-operate job, I knew I could easily land a minimum wage job

  1. 2014, I quit my co-operate jobs and made my side hustle AirBnb as full-time freelancing.

Millions of Thanks to AirBnb because It allowed me to host more than 500 people around the world at my apartment as a host then It allowed me to meet 1000's of new people all around the world as guest.

  1. 2015, I started to build my own teaching company by experimenting with my startup idea.

You got to be willing to fail. You've got to be willing to crash and burn, with people on the phone, with starting a company ' with whatever. If you're afraid of failing, you won't get very far.

  1. Sold my apartment in London in 2016, Start backpacking around the world.

I was prepared to live as a digital nomad in one of three countries I choose after the end of my travel and worst case I could have just returned to the UK.

Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer

  1. Bought my first few Bitcoins in 2017

  2. I went on more than 100's first dates after breaking up with my ex-girlfriend

  3. Maybe now, I'm trying to build a Brand name to build wealth

I remember well when I went all-in with crypto, I told myself that If I win I will win BIG and If lose It will take 2-3 years to bounce back.

I will finish my little Blog/Vlog with

You won't get rich renting out your time, because you can't earn non-linearly.
