So this week we had an increase of $14,177 for the pool resulting from post earnings.
THE POOL
In all this time we realised that we made a mistake in calculating the pools, simply because the gains expressed on Peakd, correspond to $ and not to Hive. So to have the right pool value, we must first convert the earnings from posts to Hive and then add them up to those deriving from sales. The value that will come out will be likely even if it is inaccurate due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.
$147,682 is equivalent to the time we write about 414,670 Hive.
The pool that is created therefore amounts to
513,900 + 414,670 - 40 = 888,570 Hive
WEEKLY REWARD
Since last week we started distributing VOUCHER tokens, second-level tokens of the game @splinterlands thanks to which you can buy many things in the game itself.

To date, we should distribute 5,338 weekly VOUCHERs divided as seen in the table above. At the time of writing this post, 5,338 VOUCHERs are equivalent to about 1,563 Hive. We are therefore distributing about 0.343 more Hive than last week.
If we are to calculate an annual return value, it will be enough for us to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, that is, 52.
We are thus getting an annual interest of 81,276 Hive. 17,836 Hive more than last week. This means we are having an annual return of approximately 9.67% total on the initial investment made.
WHAT IF I WANTED TO COME IN TODAY?
But let's also see this week the return percentage for each NFT. Let's see the weekly trend of the APR for each type of NFT. Let's start with the COMMON series of NFTs. A common NFT to date has a return of approximately 6.73% per annum. Six weeks ago he had an APR of 5.80% instead.
The purchase of a RARE NFT, to date guarantees you a return of 8.04% per year, while six weeks ago it was 6.95%
Having an EPIC NFT in your wallet to date generates an annual interest of 10.59%. Six weeks ago, however, it generated "only" 9.26%.

DELEGATION GIVEAWAY is the game that allows you to win an EPIC NFT of the edition that you like the most participate is very simple, as per the title a proxy is enough but here are the rules to participate.

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 14,177 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.
LA POOL
In tutto questo tempo ci siamo accorti di aver commesso un errore nel calcolo delle pool, semplicemente perchè i guadagni espressi su Peakd, corrispondono a $ e non ad Hive. Quindi per avere il valore giusto della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.
Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.
147,682 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 414,670 Hive.
La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a
513,900 + 414,670 - 40 = 888,570 Hive
REWARD SETTIMANALE

Al momento in cui scriviamo questo post, 5,338 VOUCHER equivalgono a circa 1,563 Hive. Stiamo distribuendo quindi circa 0,343 Hive in più rispetto alla scorsa settimana.
Se vogliamo calcolare un valore di ritorno annuo, ci basterà moltiplicare l'interesse distribuito questa settimana per il numero delle settimane che compongono un anno, e cioè 52. Otteniamo così un interesse annuo di 81,276 Hive. 17,836 Hive in più rispetto alla settimana passata. Il che significa che stiamo avendo un rientro annuale di circa il 9,67% totale sull'investimento iniziale fatto.
E SE VOLESSI ENTRARE OGGI?
Ma andiamo a vedere anche questa settimana la percentuale di rientro per ogni singolo NFT.
Andiamo a vedere l'andamento settimanale dell'APR per ogni tipologia di NFT.
Iniziamo con le serie COMMON degli NFT. Un NFT comune ad oggi ha un rientro di circa il 6,73% annuo. Sei settimane fa aveva invece un APR del 5,80%.
L'acquisto di un NFT RARE, ad oggi vi garantisce un rientro del 8,04% annuo, mentre sei settimane fa era al 6,95%
Avere nel proprio wallet un NFT EPIC ad oggi genera un interesse annuo del 10,59%. Sei settimane fa invece generava "soltanto" il 9,26%.
Infine una SPECIAL EDITION oggi vi fa portare a casa un 11,64% all'anno, mentre sei settimane fa il 10,43%.
