I do my best to keep any tokens off exchanges and stash them straight in the ledger nano S. Made a mistake the other day though as I didn't realise you could only use 1 address per BTC receive transaction with the ledger. I now have one deposit that is stuck on pending and not sure I'll ever get it.

This is something that needs to be looked into because changing your address each time is an additional step and can be very confusing.

Paper wallets are OK too but in either case of hardware and paper wallets, you need to have multiple backups of the seed/24 word phrase... That's enough to scare most people who prefer a centralised authority like a bank to "take care" of their money - guess hardly anyone trusts themselves these days hey!
