Do you know SmartCash (SMART)?
A couple of years ago a friend told me about a project that promised to be the next boom in the world of cryptocurrencies, supported by a number of very active users in social networks who pondered about it as if it were a religious cult, I am referring to SmartCash (SMART), a little known platform but that seeks to place itself among the most important in the cryptosphere.
SmartCash begins its journey in 2017, so it can be considered one of the most recent projects in the crypto world. In 2018 it reached the top 100 in the ranking of cryptocurrency capitalization, however as of today it ranks 898th among the diversity of projects that exist in the cryptosphere. Its token called SMART is the platform's cryptocurrency, which also functions as an end-to-end decentralized digital currency. SmartCash maintains certain characteristics that make it similar to Dash, considering that both projects prioritize both privacy and speed of transactions, in addition to having an important and very active community in social networks and at conferences to add followers to their project.
SmartCash is presented as a promoter of entrepreneurship in the world through its governance system, which is controlled by its own community, i.e., there is no person or company that leads this project or determines by itself the developments that are presented. This platform transfers its organizational system
to the decisions of the community through the creation of a common fund called SmartHive where each SMART holder has the power to decide on every aspect of the platform (SmartVoting).
On the other hand, SmartCash stimulates participation in its system by means of the so-called smart rewards, which are used as an incentive for those who SMART bet on long-term investment, for which it is necessary to have a wallet with a minimum of 1000 SMART and spend them within 30 days. Rewards will be granted every 25th day of each month with the equivalent of what is left in the wallet.
This form of action adopted by SmartCash is intended as a currency renewal process, where SMART holders can destroy existing currencies and acquire new ones at a more affordable price. Under this procedure SmartCash ensures that privacy is protected, in that once destroyed what you hold in the wallet becomes untraceable through the blockchain.
SmartCash also offers interested parties a wallet website, although it is possible to save in any other wallet of your choice. GUI SmartCash wallet is the most recommended, because through this the voting rights and rewards are generated.
As it is possible to consider through the reading of this publication, SmartCash offers the community a totally decentralized proposal, based on the active participation of the people who own this currency in the wallet, regardless of the amount they own, everyone has the same voting power in the system.
