WHAT I HAVE BEEN UP TO IN 2022 - A REFLECTION AND WHAT I LEARNT || LOH #110

A big shout out to all my Amiable ladies of the hive community. This week's contest on the first topic calls for a reflection on how our year has been. All thanks to @trangbaby for coming up with this topic.
As we're approaching the end of the year, let's take a moment to reflect on what we've achieved and learned in 2022. We look forward to hearing about your experience!
Most of us may have set some goals at the beginning of the year and kept working towards achieving them. As for me, I took my diary where I wrote my 2022 goals and did a quick evaluation and so far, the results wasn't bad despite how harsh the economy has been treating our world ๐ today.
As a stay-at-home mom, one of my major goals in 2022 was to own a bottled/sachet water factory. This was the plan I had with my husband at least for me to have a steady flow of income while taking care of my little children for now. We both have worked tirelessly trying to make the dream of the factory a reality. However, this water factory business is a lucrative one that requires huge capital to start up. So far, the building for the factory has been neatly done โ โ , well furnished, the water production machine gotten, the company name registered, the company account created, and the water treatment plant and other smaller items needed to begin production have been pending due to insufficient funds. As I mentioned before, the year has been with economic issues, and inflation on the high side which has affected the accomplishment of this major goal but honestly, I am so grateful for the level of progress so far hopefully, this dream will turn into reality soon.
Having said that, I didn't fold my hands waiting for my major goal to be achieved, I also made some progress in my real estate side business. I became consistent in attending seminars that exposed me to strategies for making more sales and the result has been fair enough.
There are some decisions I took about my personality ๐. Reflecting on the progress, I made lots of improvement about my personal growth ๐๐น
Hive is also another great area to reflect on. Wow... how I am so grateful for my achievement so far in hive. I have achieved investing in some second-layer tokens in hive. I set a goal of achieving 1,300 HP by December and today, I have 1,348hp. I also set a goal of achieving 68 Reputations by the year's end but I have it now. Coming to my followers, I planned on achieving 300 followers by the end of the year and today I have 295. All these hive goals were written on this post.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED SO FAR
Of course, Learning is a continuous process. However, learning becomes easier when you have an open mind to learn and also when you are surrounded by like minds. So far, I have learned a lot both through my findings and through my circle of friends who are success Oriented. The best thing that has happened to me this year was to have made friends with amazing people who are hungry for success. This set of people has pushed me from my comfort zone to a stage I should be in while still striving to be better.
I have learned that consistency and determination pay thus success is not by magic. I also learned to remain focused and set realistic goals, work towards them and never give up due to unnecessary excuses, of course, excuses don't pay bills ๐ I have learned to be more patient ๐คฆ, one of my friends has been singing it as a song to me and it has sunk into my brain ๐ง ๐. Sincerely, I have learned a lot this year and I hope to put it all into practice and await reasonable outcomes
