Cub Finance announced today that they have a new kingdom for depositing the SPS-BNB liquidity into.

How much liquidity is available

I noticed that there is $5.8m of SPS liquidity in the pancake swap pool at the moment

It would be advantageous in most cases for those liquidity providers to deposit into the CUB Kingdom, to receive additional CUB rewards on top of their cake rewards.

The current yield in the CUB Kingdom is displayed as 122%

All yields aren't equal

The CUB Defi page displays an APR of 54% from Cake and Also 51% from CUB giving a total APR of 105%.

The CUB Defi page also shows an APY assuming daily compounding, which
is (1 + 54%/365)^365-1 = 71.7%

Adding the 51% APR comes to the 122.7% APR displayed on the CUB Defi page.

However, the Pancake Swap page shows an APR of 80.32%. The reason is that pancake swap includes an estimate of the fees earned from trades. shown below

So what is a fair comparison for the two yields

Cub Defi

A fair comparison will deduct the CUB Defi fee, and add the LP rewards

CUB DEFI APR
26.15% (LP Fee)

• 54.17% (Cake Rewards)

• 5.41% (Cub Defi Fee)

• 51% CUB Rewards = 125% APR

Assume Daily compounding (Both CUB and Cake) APY = 251% Assume Daily Compounding (LP Fee and Cake only) APY = 162%

Pancake Swap

PCS APR = 26.15% (LP Fee) 26.15% (LP Fee)

• 54.17% (Cake Rewards)

Assume daily compounding

APY = 123%

Conclusion

It is advantageous at the moment to deposit the LP tokens into CUB defi, whilst ever the CUB APR remains above 5.4%. This means at current prices, it will remain advantageous that upto approximately $1.6m of TVL is deposited.

1. Unstake from the PCS farm by clicking the minus sign

2. Go to cubdefi.com/kingdoms

3. Click approve contract on the SPS-BNB pool

4. Click Deposit
