Just Kidding But...

I was just reading the latest post by @themarkymark asking 'What tribes do you participate in'. He lists some of them off gives a bit of a description for each.

This has got me thinking a bit, which I actually commented about under his post. Why is it that LeoFinance is the only tribe that has taken it to the next level? All of the outreach, building and integrating new tools, building customized interfaces and websites. It seems that most tribes just clone the vanilla website and don't really do much to stand apart. Is it just a technical limitation, or is there simply a desire to maintain a Hive.blog aesthetic?

Currently I'm logged into proofofbrain.io which I literally just learned about a few minutes ago. I like the idea! I am going to work on getting me a few of those POB tokens and work on curating some content of those who are producing it here.

One thing that I'm not a massive fan of that keeps me from participating a lot on tribes is the fact that a 100% vote on a tribe counts against your hive vote, leo vote, or whatever other tribe vote. I would love to see a slider that allows you to adjust this on individual tribes.

I'm not sure if this is even technically possible. It's not that I want to take away rewards, it more that I'd like to be able to use 100% of my voting power on one tribe, but still go back to vanilla hive and curate. I might be thinking completely wrong about this, but I'd like to hear others opinions on this matter. What do you guys think?
