Do Not Relax On Your Duties As The Business Owner.
Hello friends I welcome you once again to my blog and I am so excited to have you on my blog today I hope you are having a rest filled weekend but for some of us we just have to work even during weekends when we are supposed to rest, right now in my country those of us who are trying to rise to the top need to get all hands on deck as the price of commodities in the market continue to appreciate and we still need to build a great future for ourselves, so if you are from my country and you are not from a wealthy home but wants to become financially independent, you need to take the offer of multiple jobs.
You know I like to share my personal experience with you especially when it comes to business, as I grow my little business to a giant one I like to share my journey with you, to encourage those who might want to go on a similar journey, to help you avoid the mistakes I made and to also learn from you through the contributions made in the comment section.
I realized that whenever I have no staff at my work place I get up very early and resume work as quick as I can and I make sure that every required activity is in great order but once I have an employee I feel a little bit relaxed and this makes some of the people that I employ misbehave sometimes, this morning I am writing this post to motivate myself and to motivate you my lovely readers.
The fact that there is a staff at your business place does not mean that your duties as the CEO should be left vacant, it is very good to designate duties to your employees but ensure that these duties are properly monitored, I have mentioned here before that it is rare to find an employee who will take over the affairs of your business as well as you can. The affairs of your business requires proper monitoring and that can be done very well by you as the CEO who has the vision and the goal of the business at heart.
It is really highly important to have every activity of your employees monitored if not you are going to have a business you do not like to see in the next few months or year, employees/staff are there to help you with your business activities to make the operations easy for you to carry out but it is not their duty to take over the affairs of the business, I made that mistake twice and it drew back my business so I am encouraging every small business owner out there not to make the same mistake that I made, it is very easy to fall into the trap of falling back on duties after you employ an employee who seems accountable, but it is a trick to look out for, never leave your duties as a CEO in the hands of a stranger.
