Diving into a business like I have always mentioned is never a bed of smooth grounds and it takes a strong mind to continue to stand despite the difficulty associated with every stage of business. You already know lovely readers that I like to share every experience I have with you on this entrepreneurial journey.

Sometimes a business might get hit by a problem that will shake it to its root and might be unable to recover as soon as expected but failure is never an excuse to quit trying, as an entrepreneur just be ready for days of not too good experiences but also make the determination to keep striving and moving despite all that happens.

As usual, I will like to tell you a quick story of two local business owners whose business got hit by the strong wave of the covid-19 pandemic, there was a need for an immediate lockdown and close of business, they had their goods locked up in their business premises all through the time of the lockdown and by the time businesses were allowed to open, they both got to their store to discover that majority of the goods in their store will soon get expired.

In my country, there is usually nothing from the government to support small business owners at all, so every struggling business is usually just left to survive on their own without receiving any form of aid from the government. Mr A cried over the loss he will soon experience if he does not get buyers so he thought of a better way to discard the product, he called some young boys who were on vacation and were looking for every means to get little tokens to their pocket, he made a deal with them and he promised to divide the profit from each product with everyone who sells the product, this means that the more sales each person makes, the more the individual will earn.

Mr B who is also a local business man got back to his business and noticed that most of the goods he had will soon get expired, he was as confused as anything and he kept crying and counting his loss even before the goods got expired, he immediately laid off his workers and just closed down the business leaving the goods to waste there, he was certain that he could not meet up with selling of those goods before the expired date so he just gave up and counted his loss. From that point, he made up his mind to look for a job and never get into business any more.

After few weeks Mr A had sold out almost everything he had with the help of the little ones he employed and even if the profit was not gotten completely, he knew that the goods did not get expired and he was able to use the funds to quickly get fresh goods and start up his business on a fresh page.

The difference between the two local entrepreneurs is that one person is completely dedicated to business and interested in the profitable game of growth in business while the other person simply gave up at the quick problem that came up in business.
