If you are just starting out in the world of cryptocurrencies, you probably don't know that there is a difference between the word "investment" and the word "trading". Investment can be said that it is when you buy a crypto asset with the intention of selling it in the medium or long term, looking for it's revalue to obtain a good profit for it (that is, hold). Trading is nothing more than the act of buying and selling a cryptoactive depending on the fluctuations that it is giving in its market price, thus obtaining an advantage for it.

So, should you invest in Bitcoin or trade it?

Having understood the difference between the two terms, the answer is very simple: It depends!

It depends on the capital you have, on your intention in market, the time you want to achieve it, but more than anything and mainly it depends on what you really want to do.

I can only give you my opinion in that sense. I think it is best to do both; that is, both holding and trading.

Why?

I think you have to hold, because Bitcoin is a jewel, a diamond in the rough, a project that has immeasurable potential, because it is the money of the future today, and for any number of other reasons. Because of all this, Bitcoin will become worth much more in the future, and you don't have to be an eminence in economics to see it.

Institutions, major banks, millionaires, governments, and a huge group of people from all social levels are entering every day to invest in Bitcoin. As if that were not enough incentive, many serious analysts argue that Bitcoin can cost 1 million dollars, and some others say that up to 5 million and even much more in some years.

But I also think that we should continue to keep trading Bitcoin, because the price fluctuations it has (almost always so volatile), makes us have with each sudden movement of the market, a golden opportunity to increase our investment capital and at the same time increase our liquidity in general.

So when you ask me ... BTC trading or hold? It's when I say ... And why not both?
