If you have watched the movie Wolf Of Wall Street or the popular clip from the movie about selling a pen to someone then I guess you would understand this expression am about to make, so when am introducing or telling new potential Hivers about Hive and Leofinance it always feels like a sell me this pen kind of moment, where the lead character in the Wolf of Wall Street Leonardo DiCaprio a stockbroker was hangout with some friends and talked about how everyone wants to get rich and all then asked his friends to sell him the pen he gave them and they all fumbled giving their attempted sales pitch, until one of them was like write your name on that paper over there for me and he was like I don't have a pen and he offered Leonardo DiCaprio the pen, to me that was a smooth and smart sales pitch, the message am trying to pass here is the guy in the clip created a need and gave a solution to the need created which is simply Supply and Demand right there.

My Process Of Onboarding New People To Hive And Leofinance

Now talking about a sales pitch, when introducing Hive and Leofinance to someone new that maybe is in need of a new stream of income or does not have anyone yet, I would first ask if you are ready to put in work and ask if you can or love reading and creating contents of your own if the answer I get is yes then I when asking if the knows anything about crypto or finance to know if the person would fit in perfectly with leofinance community or other Hive community where they can write about anything the community requires and they can or feel like. For those good at crypto or finance I put them through on leofinance, then if I see someone who doesn't have any idea about crypto and finance but has the zeal to learn, I put them through on the basis of crypto and then direct them to leofinance curated section and leofinance, in general, to read top-notch posts to help them in their Leofinance and crypto journey then I close with what I know they want to hear, which is the earning part, so now I explain to them how earnings works, that they can earn by curating other peoples post for those that can't create articles but still want to earn some reward.

So I let them know that they would need to buy Hive and Leo tokens as much as they can buy to power up or stake, so they can have some influence in the community and earn from curating other content curator's posts. Then for the content creators like me, they can earn from curating someone else's post, earn authors reward from their post when it is been curated, by delegating their HP (Hive Power) or LP (Leo Power) to someone or a community who curates then they would earn curators reward and can also make 20% APR for saving your HBD (Hive backed dollar) in HBD savings, then hit them with the icing on the cake, which is that they can make new friends and mean full connections from engaging on hive with other people on their post or discord groups. How well do I you do, from my sales pitch and all?
