PlatON Hackathon EP.2 with Edrick Guan
Hi guys and welcome to another lovely week, it's another Monday and definitely another week to be more productive than previous or maybe complete that pending project you have lying around for the longest time, well what ever decision you do make I hope it turns out great and productive.
Speaking of productivity, it seems PlatON have something great line up and incoming August 17th, 2021 12:00 UTC, definitely an event you don't want to miss.
Many if not literally everyone into crypto today know or is somewhat making use of the Ethereum Blockchain and while many are not aware, the Ethereum Blockchain is like a power house that houses multiple other projects.
In short, most projects depends on it for their every day activity, what actually goes on is that such project deploy their token using the Ethereum chain and they are most times referred to as Erc20
Its a general name to classify such tokens that exist under the Ethereum Blockchain, and while we have others like the ERC721 which basically has to do with NFT's, Erc20 kind of standout and thus it is more popular.
Deploying of such tokens requires some form of expertise which many can learn by reading certain books or streaming videos from YouTube, and others just find solace in maybe contracting such token deployment to others.
Going back to PlatON, what they have planned is a session that talks and also teaches all who is willing to learn about the process involves to issue ARC-20 token.
What is PlatON?
PlatON is a privacy-preserving AI network, it provides the next-generation Internet basic protocol featuring “computing interoperability”.
In short, it is the decentralized version of privacy.
On August 17th 2021 which is hours away from now, the team will be hosting an Hackathon session with the aim of teaching devs and any intending users vividly on ways to issue ARC-20 token.
Before now, PlatON had already hosted several AMA and most of the questions asked during such session are DApps creation, tokens, and what have you, the EP.2 Hackathon from PlatON hopes to settle this and teach as many that would be available the easy way to issue ARC20 token
The requirement is basically to have an internet enabled device capable of accessing YouTube and also your notepad or whatever you are good with for note collection.
