Great job, man! I would say that your therapy is helping others in their battles with these mental illnesses... When you help, you are getting better! Keep on raising awareness about these problems as with the current state of the world, I'm afraid we will see more and more people with mental illnesses...

It's interesting how the Universe works... I was searching for great posts for @Ourpick and found one about depression... After that, I got to your post where you write about different topics, but still very similar...
The one thing is certain... I had to read both of the articles and I had to share them with others... Maybe the message was sent directly to me, or maybe some of the @Ourpick readers will come and find help in your posts! And I will quote one part from "the other" post where the answer to the question what have you done last week was: "I lived."
