Remember 6 weeks ago?

There was no PalNET, SteemLeo, SportstalkSocial, Marlians, Lassecoin, Good Games Token, Stem Geek, Creative Coin, Steemace (or is that the same as Good Games?), Yahme, etc etc etc.

Now of course all these tribes exist and they all feature their own token.

To manage voting power of some of them, I created several new accounts. Besides my main account partitura, there is an account partitura.leo, partitura.sports, partitura.ccc and partitura.stem. The idea to create seperate accounts for seperate tribes is wide spread so I guess a lot of the new accounts created in the past few weeks are not accounts of new users but curating accounts for the new tribes of existing users. It would be nice if one could seperate voting powers of the different tribes and tokens within one account. Than it would not be necessary to create a new account for each new tribe one wants to participate in. And the number of new accounts would be a better estimate of new users in Steem than it is now.

Now I am a bit worried how many new tribes will come into existence in the coming days and weeks and how many of them will hold some interest to me. As it is I am stretched far enough already. Though it is kind of nice to play with al these different tokens and accounts, it gets difficult to keep track of what I did in one account and what I should yet do in another. It is of course possible to setup some kind of vote trace, so that if one account votes, the others follow. To my feelings that belies a bit the use case of setting up different accounts for the different tribes. I want to be able to vote for the different tribes independently from eacht other. Even though a poster might think that his or her post fits well within PalNET and SteemLeo, I might not agree and perhaps want to vote in PAL but not in LEO.

So, I find myself split up, and debating with myself which account should vote for which post. And the most annoying fact is that partitura.leo hardly ever agrees with partitura, that partitura.sports is a bit of an arrogant basterd and partitura.stem mostly talks scientific chitchat. I think he does that on purpose, just to irritate the rest of us. And partitura.ccc is the artistic one. If partitura yells at him, partitura.ccc needs to lay down for a bit because he suddenly has an headache. Partitura.sports and partitura.leo tell him he needs to exercise more ("invest in your health") and of course that doesn't help much. I wish partitura.stem was the objective analytical one he is supposed to be, so he could help to sort out a bit this mess.

Never a dull moment when you're six persons in one.

I fear the rise of new tribes and new partituras. It's already to crowded in my head...
