Slow and steady, is my motto. Until it is not.

I have many saying I use when I see fit, none I live by. Some, well some are just a lifestyle.

Slow and steady could be a lifestyle choice, if it was not an excuse for being lazy as hell.

Fortunately for Hive, there are those who prefer movies. Like the Fast and the Furious, or Oceans [number].

With the release of Chaos Legion it can be easy to forget there is more to hive than posting about your shit luck in cards, lack of vouchers or how you really need to start playing Splinterlands.

Although I have no clue what is on trending, for obvious reasons. I suspect that would be among them.

Then there is the ever overflowing drip of honey from the community side of things.

The launch of Verify your Brain which is a very broad scope endeavour that promotes all things good for @proofofbrainio.

It is good to see more communities trying to define their own path, and although VYB is maybe not directly Proofofbrain it will be a driving force in helping to reward and test the behaviour the Proofofbrain community would wish to maintain.

Just my 2 cents there.

@HiveFolks

Another one on my radar is @HiveFolks, maybe it does not matter to some but for one thing I like that they are on DLUX. DLux may be a bit unknown on Hive as a whole but, @disregardfiat has done some great work building out the Dlux system.

Hive-engine is convenient, but as a decentralized community, we can't become so reliant on one system that we kill off other options. I don't think there is much to be tribal about but I do realise we are quite tribal in general, so this is more a side note to not disregard innovations on-chain and really try it all because you never know.

With the lecture out of the way, Hivefolks as you can read in their announcement post aims to have NFT's in the likeness of many real and some not real Hive avatars.

My current avatar is actually also from the Dlux collection we received for attending HiveFest, and the nice thing is that you can easily assign your newly minted NFT to your Hive profile.

Aside from that, I guess pointless bonus, I like convenience. Many future developments involving these NFT's and funds go back into the Hive ecosystem and to the NFT holders. One way or the other.

Frankly, I am tired and basically what I am saying is go buy a bloody NFT if you can, HODL it and your POB, VYB and know that you are ever at the start of possibly the next thing to save your broke ass on a rainy day.

Sorry that last part was more for me, my stupid powerdown has a few hours to go and I am thinking @belemo NFT will get me free nigerian diamonds combined with a @trumpman NFT that powers it up to shitcoins for life.
