5. HIVE transfers to the DAO

_{To bring back the peg of the HBD to the dollar, the @hbdstabilizer account receives HBD from the DAO and sells it on the internal market for HIVE. It sends that HIVE back to the Hive DAO, where the HIVE is being converted to HBD. This chart shows how much HIVE is sent back to the DAO.}
