The NFT market is always buzzing, and I was really happy to find out that my country will become the world's first country to issue its own NFTs!

It's pretty cool to see that the country is trying to put itself on the map of the most advanced digital countries who understood development of blockchain as a technology of the future.

Overall, crypto here is becoming more and more known and popular, and it doesn't hold such a negative sentiment among the people who haven't engaged with it yet - probably also because Slovenia is the original homeland of some very successful crypto businesses, such as the world's longest running crypto exchange Bitstamp, and Eligma, the startup that provides payment infrastructures for accepting instant crypto payments at local and online stores.

Slovenia's NFTs will be used to promote the achievements of our businesses and some of the top tourism destinations. The tokens will be issued to visitors of Slovenia's pavilion at the Dubai Expo show that kicks off this week, and they'll actually be gifted, so if you're visiting the event you should definitely stop by.

Just make sure it's Slovenia, and not Slovakia - the names are easy to get mixed up but it's two different countries :)

The NFTs will represent a collection of unique digital 3D exhibits and exclusive 360 degree panoramic hi-res photographs. The visitors will get it in he form of a promotional card with instructions and a unique eight-digit number that will allow them to access the digital wallet to "claim" them and confirm they're non-fungible.
