WHY THE HIGH COST OF PRODUCTION HAVE EFFECT ON THE SELLING PRICE.
In today's market that consists of buying and selling of goods and services, mostly People tend to forget the amount spent on the cost of production; what it takes for a product to be produced before it is liable for market sales. In the center of bargaining for that particular product, while the seller is trying to talk about what it takes for the product to be produced, the customers always feel that the aspect should be ignored.
High cost of production begot high price of goods or products.
Maybe I will have to limit my explanation to my own personal experience, when the cost of production to produce a particular Product is high, I guess the product should atleast attracts a somewhat of an inflated price. Blame can't be put on anyone, it's what the cost of production breeds that its price will begot. We can't expect high cost of production for a price and as well expect a low price tag for such Product.
There was a period that a bag of feed which is the most important aspect of poultry farm business was at N3,500, compare to now that a bag of feed is now N10,600. With this, it would be abnormal for us to think the price of a Broiler chicken will be in the same price with when a bag of feed is at N10,600 to when it was at N3,500.
