Build a Decentralized Mentality .:. WorkerBee PH-Pool Week 107
I don't like drama and I like to keep things simple... But to get there, I suppose that drama is needed to clarify some basic things as many people do forget the point of being here... When I say here, I don't mean only on HIVE, but more on cryptocurrencies in general, and blockchain as an underline technology... I know that this sounds like that corny phrase "we are here for the technology", but it should be more like "we are here to CHANGE things"... or "we are here because we don't like how it WAS before"... In some way, joining this place we have decided to take the RED PILL, but it looks that we have a lot of people who aren't aware what that means and what are responsibilities that it brings...
I have to go back to events like the FTX collapse as it was a perfect example of how blockchain doesn't care about people or events outside it... It's a program, a script, a code that is created to do its thing... It protects us from ourselves... It filters out the bad weed and keeps the good ones... It doesn't punish those who do not "obey the rules" of the blockchain, it happens naturally...
The rules are simple... Not your keys, not your crypto... You are responsible for your acts... Every transaction is immutable, which means, there is no lying, deceiving, and pretending that something didn't happen... It's written in the blockchain and it can be found... There is no need of judging at all... No need for drama...
These rules aren't here to enslave you, but rather to empower you! That's the HUGE difference between rules that we have in "real life" which are most of the time created to "show you your place in society"... No money, no party... Blockchain rules are different, they are empowering you to think, create, build, liberate others, to work with others on the same goal...
I know that it's a different mindset, but if we plan to embrace all this, we have to change our mindset... The blockchain doesn't care about our greed, our ego, about our wish to control others... As soon as we realize that, we will be able to onboard others too... But, we can't serve two masters... To be on the blockchain, and dreaming about the bank which will store our crypto and take care of it...

I do understand the irony in this topic as I'm talking about a decentralized mentality, while I'm doing this Workerbee Pool in a centralized way... I have organized it and I'm distributing earnings and bonus rewards manually... But, on the other side, people who are "invested" in this pool have delegated their tokens, which means that even if I "run to the hills" 😃, everyone will be able to undelegate their tokens... That's the awesomeness of HIVE and Hive Engine tokens!
Back to the report numbers!

As usual, some of our delegators have added a few tokens to their delegations... Thanks for your support! This week we have mined 120 tokens in total!
This POOL doesn't have fees and you get up to 20% MORE by delegating to it!
What about the bonus tokens?
This time, we have something completely different and new! You have probably noticed that there is a statement at the end of this post for people who would like to "sponsor" this pool, or better said, to donate funds to delegators in form of BONUS rewards... Thanks to a generous donation of @leveluplifeph, I will distribute TEAMPH tokens as a bonus reward! The name of the token stands for TeamPH (Philippines) and it is a Filipino-focused community token to support Filipino Splinterlands players. You can find more details about it in their Discord or their community page on HIVE.
There will be distributed 5000 TEAMPH tokens to the delegators of the pool as a bonus reward today!
As always, in the end, let's give the exact numbers for this week... There will be distributed 120 BEE tokens and 5000 TEAMPH tokens as a bonus... The APR (without the bonus) was 6.126%, and when we added the bonus it went up to 7.718%! A bit more than 25%!
I have calculated the ROI approximately with medium prices for all tokens at the moment of creating this post... So, those numbers are valid if you bought WB and sold BEE tokens at the middle HiveEngine price...
