Easier to Say Than Done .:. #MyHiveGoals 2022 Edition!
The good times have continued... I had another awesome week regarding #myhivegoals! Now, you are probably surprised how is that possible when all markets are bleeding and everything is going south...
Just a reminder... Do you remember the time, November-December last year, when HIVE was over $2? In those moments, we all have been on top of the world... Life was beautiful... In those moments, I said to myself that I will now (then) accumulate HBD, that I will exchange it HIVE when "bad days" come...
Fast forward to today... I suppose that HIVE at $0.50 could be called "bad days", so now it's the time to do what we said back then! But, there is a big issue with "buying low" (I don't want to use the term "buying the dip", as there is often a deeper dip... 😄 )... The issue is that when we get that "awesome price" it's very hard to click on the BUY button!

It's easy to say that WE WILL do it when the time comes, but when it's here, there is a lot of uncertainty, doubt, and fear... Or better known as FUD, and it plays with our emotions... But, in moments like THIS, you are creating WEALTH for the future! I know, it's unreasonable, and it has no sense... Everyone calls Bitcoin zero... But usually, that's the "buying signal"!
I think that the past week was one of my best weeks in the last year or so... I have made decisions on how to proceed with my plans and most importantly, I have stuck to the plan! Maybe it's not a perfect plan, but it works for me!
The main idea was around HIVE and its value... The price of HIVE is low, so there is no sense in selling it, but rather a time to buy some... So, I have compared some other tokens to HIVE, and exchanged them! Especially tokens that are correlated to USD as they didn't lose that much value... In that way, I have bought HIVE for USD...
Another thing that I have done is that I have added a lot of bought HIVE to Diesel pools, paired with tokens that are "USD based"! Usually, I pick tokens that will preserve value and not just chase the APR... There is no sense to have 200% APR if the token value drops after a couple of days...
So, most of my accumulated HIVE in this period is inside the liquidity pools, but I have also added some to my Hive Power... To be more exact, I have powered up 121 HIVE... In general, I'm very happy with how it was this week and I hope it will continue like that in the next ones!
Regarding my LEO Power goal, I have decided to, finally, catch my monthly goal in May or June at the latest! I didn't get there yet, but I have staked another 116 LEO tokens in the last 7 days!
I have already mentioned before in the past reports, that the WORKERBEE price is rising, and it continued to do so in the past week, too... I had some liquid tokens, for "just in case", so I have staked 50 of them today! That raised the number of staked tokens to 9200, which is very near to completing my monthly goal... Not there yet, but we will see...
Last week, I have added 13 tokens to my BEE POWER goal, and this week, I have added 12! That is the half of my curation rewards that I earn, as the other half, I have exchanged to HIVE... My monthly goal for BEEs is hit, so I can funnel the spare tokens to HIVE... That's the point of multiple token accumulations!
GAMING GOALS
In the RISING STAR game, I have reached a huge milestone by getting to level 200! It gives me the possibility to do the last mission in the 3rd zone, which should open the last zone in the game! But, I didn't calculate some of the obstacles that arose... To be eligible for the last mission, I have to do 5 times the previous one... But, there is a problem... To do that mission, I need 25 petrol cans, and we all know how gas prices are nowadays... lol... So, I have to accumulate a lot of STARBITS to buy the cans and that has slowed me down a bit... But, I have still done my weekly pack openings and added 111 cards to my goal!
I have written about sticking to the plan at the beginning of this post, and I have failed to do so with my SPS tokens goals and plans! I said before that I will buy SPS tokens when the price goes under $0.10, but I didn't execute the plan! Instead of doing that, I have exchanged part of my SPS airdropped tokens to DEC and added it to the SWAP.HIVE-DEC diesel pool... In that way, my SPS airdrop is bigger, which can be considered an SPS purchase... :) :) Of course, I have staked the majority of tokens, more exactly, 1400 in the last 7 days, or 200 tokens per day!
