It works like any other minable token on Hive Engine.. For example, you buy CTPM tokens, stake them, and they mine CTP tokens for you... The same goes for LEOM and LEO...

In this case, you stake WORKERBEE tokens, and they mine BEE tokens for you... The BEE tokens are used for paying fees on Hive Engine for token creation, adding features to tokens, creating diesel pools, etc...
