When I was learning about trading, I have jumped into FOREX markets without proper knowledge, and of course, experience... Had all these feeling and questions that you wrote about in the post... Even now, after 10 or more years, I have tried to come back into trading, but this time with crypto markets...
When I have noticed that I still don't have peace of mind, I just stopped doing it... At this moment, I have opened BUY orders at a price that suits me and waiting for the market to come to me... If it fills, I will HODL the token, if not, I will find another one... ;) The same goes with SELL orders...
If you stress about trading, don't trade... Simple as that... ;)
