user stake and vote , CTP vote value can decrease. Yes, this happens in ALL tribes, and if you want to keep the same upvote value, you have to re-invest all earnings + buy regularly more tokens... Only in that way you can keep the "pace"... I remember that my upvote was over 60 CTP back in the days... :)

And regarding calculations in USD... I try to avoid that as I'm more interested to calculate crypto, or in BTC... :)
