Everything you say in your post is very interesting. Without a doubt, everything related to NFTs has a lot of potential, but it is very interesting to take into account what you say about storytelling in this sense, because it would make our items more attractive (for potential buyers of our NFTs).

In my opinion, creating stories linked to our NFTs is undoubtedly something very original and interesting; because it consists of creating alternate Universes where our art and our items have a reason for being and a purpose (beyond the reason for being and the of NFTs puposes by themselves).
