The jobs of the future will be increasingly different. The truth, from my point of view, there is no need to worry because it seems that nobody wants to deal with the toughest minor trades (such as plumbing, masonry, painting, brasswork, electricity, etc.), because there will always be people who are prepared and people who are not; and it is precisely for this reason that there will always be labor for jobs that require more physical effort.

Certainly, when we look at the figures and the facts, we see that more and more people are joining the study of careers, and even of subjects that are not in great demand in the real world; but that is precisely where the key to interpretation is in all of this. Because, in my opinion, when those people who studied careers that are not in demand in the real world realize that they cannot live working with what they studied, they will have to learn trades for which they did not qualify (through courses, and other means), and with it, they will have to dedicate themselves to jobs that nobody wants to do today.

Many caciques and few Indians, it is certainly the dynamic that it seems that we will have in the future, but I think that even the activities that today seem more difficult to imagine automated (because of logistics, what they mean and the unions), will be automated and robotized in the future. Apparently in the strict sense, all careers and jobs will be in danger of extinction in the future for ordinary mortals, because what will be clear is that overcoming and carrying out jobs and activities will require a lot of effort high degree of competition and specialization.

And by a high degree of competence, experience and specialization I do not mean simply having papers that prove that we study such a career, and such specialization, but that the professionals of the future will have to demonstrate their level of competence and productivity far beyond of what today can be done, because there will be such a shortage of jobs that there will be no place for people who only believe that studying anything and in any way already has the right to a salary and a stable job that pays them a salary.

Again, this is all my point of view. Thanks for sharing such an interesting article. Greetings.
