Hello my friends,
after my first sowing on dCrops at the beginning of summer (in dCrops of course šŸ˜) it's time to reap some fruits of the Earth and fill my bag with some juicy vegetables!

I've been harvesting some fresh blueberries and tomatoes, planted on my only epic field, which has been growing continuously thanks to those coltures special ability:
keeps producing till season ends

My Awesome field so didn't change much, I put there my best and most profitable coltures and they have kept producing all season long, while the other fertile fields were producing coltures that would help me complete my seasonal quests. After my first harvest of wheat and turnip I replaced the free spots with another turnip, because I need 3 for the quest, and other wheat because there's not enough time in the season for anything else, since summer will end in 6 days.
I'm still waiting to harvest my watermelons, that will also help me complete 2 quests at once.

Overall I'm satisfied with my harvests, even if I got only a single 2 star crop from my awesome field and another 2 star wheat from the fertile field, the others are all 1 star, but I hope to have more luck with my next harvesting, at least 3 for blueberries and 2 for tomatoes before the end of the season.

Here's what I have stored in my shed for now:

ā Blueberry x14 āā Blueberry x1 ā Tomato x8 ā Wheat x3 āā Wheat x1 ā Turnip x2

Besides growing summer vegetables I've also started preparing for the next season, because a good farmer must plan in advance, trying to find some bargain on the market for autumn seeds.
I decided not to buy any legendary seed because I want to invest money in the upcoming beta packs presale, but I bought some epic seed, beetroot, because of its special ability: +25% chance to get multiple crops on harvest.

Here's what I bought from the market:

  • 1 turnip (to complete a summer quest)
  • 4 carrot
  • 4 garlic
  • 2 beetroot

For a total of 18,535 Hive.

I'll post a new update after summer ends to see what I would have harvested and decide how I will organise my crops for the autumn, but also how the presale will go!
