I think most of the people like listening to music. Plain music or songs, with lyrics that have meaning. Still, only music can also have some meaning in our hearts and minds.

How many songs we all know about love for example! Only music, songs with wonderful lyrics and melodies that are written into us after so many times listening to them.
The question is, how does music is so effective in our psychology? Why it makes it so helpful in our everyday life? What’s about music that help us reduce our stress, manage our pain, sleep better, improve motivation, improve mood, reduce depression and/or sadness, and many more?

In nowadays, a new science that is called “music psychology” or “the psychology of music” exists, and people study all about psychology and:

“It aims to explain and understand musical behavior and experience, including the processes through which music is perceived, created, responded to, and incorporated into everyday life. Modern music psychology is primarily empirical; its knowledge tends to advance based on interpretations of data collected by systematic observation of and interaction with human participants. Music psychology is a field of research with practical relevance for many areas, including music performance, composition, education, criticism, and therapy, as well as investigations of human attitude, skill, performance, intelligence, creativity, and social behavior. Music psychology can shed light on non-psychological aspects of musicology and musical practice. For example, it contributes to music theory through investigations of the perception and computational modelling of musical structures such as melody, harmony, tonality, rhythm, meter, and form. Research in music history can benefit from systematic study of the history of musical syntax, or from psychological analyses of composers and compositions in relation to perceptual, affective, and social responses to their music.”
as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_psychology says.

All of us who never studied the above science, empirically can understand some of the “healing” that music does to us. When we are sad, it can calm us, when we are happy, it can make us feel happier, if we can’t sleep, it can help us sleep, when we are running/walking as an exercise, music is there for motivation and many, many more.

Let’s all start our day with music, let’s put more positive mood in our everyday, stop negativity that’s plenty around us and help our soul and body feel happy, motivated, and joyful!

And as the song (Celeda - Music Is the Answer) says:

MUSIC IS THE ANSWER

                    MUSIC IS THE ANSWER

Music is the answer to your problems Keep on moving Then you can solve them
