How it all works - PSYBER X

Since everyone is waiting patiently for us to drop the gameplay footage we've been keeping under wraps since our official trailer launch. We thought it would be a good idea to explain some items of gameplay that some won't understand.(or won't until they get their hands on it and play themselves.)

Tournaments

As a user you will have the ability to host tournaments with set requirements/criteria. This can range in the amount of players on each team, how many teams, what NFTs are restricted for this tournament ect. These tournaments will evolve into many game styles in the future (capture the flag, plant the bomb, ect) For now we will implement Team Death Match. Tournaments will be setup similar to Splinterlands in the way there will be set winners, and an entry cost (Paid in LVL only)
Now let's give an example of how this will work overall: I've setup a tournament with a prize pool of 50,000 LVL tokens. This cost will be split amongst the participants. Let's say we have 20 players for this particular game. Each player will be responsible for their portion of the entry fee including the host. (2,500 LVL tokens)
Once the tokens are paid the game can commence when all players ready up. The game will have a set time limit (again set by the host) Once the time limit lapses the game will conclude and the winning team will divide their winnings amongst the winning team. The calculation will take into factor who had made the biggest impact on the winning team, and work down. The least contributing player will earn the least. The losing team will also get a small portion divided to the top players on their side. (5%)

PSYBER X Hosted games

We will be hosting games with larger rewards at the beginning of launch to encourage new players to join us. These will be multi-day events that can potentially win you limited NFTs that you can use to win future matches.

PSYBER X NFTs

Yes we've spoken about these quite a bit recently, but it's very important you know how they work. Some NFTs are "Killstreaks" For those not accustomed to FPS's killstreak rewards are generated when you achieve enough kills. Let's jump into an example: I've just started a match, and I've killed a player with my starting weapon. I have a very simple killstreak now that I've killed another player. This killstreak only requires 1 kill, for example let's say it's (K-NINE)

Now that you have released him he will help you achieve the higher killstreaks. Some killstreaks can range as high at 10 kills. Each increasing in power as you progress. Be warned though... If you die. You're killstreak counter will reset, and you'll have to get that first kill to start again.

Other plans for earning, and playing PSYBER X

We have a plan to implement many (AMBITIOUS) ideas of gameplay into PSYBER X, but we have to start relatively small before we get to the ground breaking. We'll all be building this together.

Idle X - As the name sounds we will introduce a way to earn without actively playing. This will use characters, and NFTs that you have collected to (Mine) LVL token...though small, everything counts. In this gameplay you can take a break from the chaos of the battlefield, and sit back and upgrade your base/compound. This idle breakaway will be very important in the upcoming and long planned Phase 2. (Idle X is also a mid ranged objective for us...main game first)
