*😊Hey Battle Mages! A warm welcome to another of my battle challenge with the theme card 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 of the Fire Splinter. This week we've been given Lava to play with😂, but it brings me nice memories of Te Fiti in movie Moana 2016 and I'll be showing you why in abit. *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 attack type is RANGE, and it is part of the Fire Unit. It costs 6-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card on deck for all low to Mid mana battles.

Let us now delve deep into this molten demon to discover what makes it formidable. I am using a level 4 regular foil and it has 2-Magic, 2-Speed, and 10-Health.

*🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 are Golems birthed from the terrifying monster known as the Forgotten One, a fiery beast of might and malice, one of the most powerful Melee attack monster cards from the fire splinter. This monster is created by the High Magus of the Crypteia and serves well as a personal servant.

**'Te Fiti The Fire demon'*

CLOSE RANGE - When in battle, this fire demon can perform close range attacks from the first position.

🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 once reunited with it's source, serves faithfully for as long as it continues to burn. This Scene from Moana movie came to life in my mind as I played the battle in my head😆. Terror Chills!



At *level 1 This card has 1-range attacks at 1-spees, and 9-health, with a starting Close Range ability. Even at level one, it is very useful in lower leagues considering it's huge health points.

level 5 The range is increased to 2 and speed 2. While possessing the health stat of a level 1 and gains the Weaken Ability.

At Max *level 8-MAX, however, This card gains additional power. Along with the ability, he gains 3-range attack, 2-speed and 10-health and another ability, demoralize. 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 becomes very useful in battle at this level.

**🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 MARKET PRICE (REGULAR & GOLD FOIL)*


You'll see that the Regular Chaos edition cost $0.059 at current market for level 1. While for rentals it goes for ~0.0 Dec per day, Level 1 at 20CP. At max level this card goes for 20.573 Dec, Level 8 at 2,415CP. It also has seen an all time high of 0.88$. Really affordable to buy now at max level.



The Gold chaos edition is $0.988 at current market for level 2. While for rentals card goes for 4.450 Dec per day. Level 2 at 500CP. At max level it goes goes for 100.530 Dec, Level 8 at 11,550CP.


You can buy or rent this card easily in-game **SPLINTERLANDS or PEAKMONSTERS**. Buying the gold foil now at this prize will be the wise thing for me to do as I am back in Gold league now and approaching Diamond.

You can thoroughly make good use of *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 at whatever league you are in right now, only that the Weaken ability which starts from level 5 and the Demoralize ability which starts from level 8 makes it all the more exciting to have on deck. All what's left is to battle your way to experience it's full potential.

This was a high-mana cap battle with the **EARTHQUAKE and KNOCKOUT rule set. Meaning 'All non-flying monsters take 2 melee damage at the end of each round', and 'All monsters got the Knock-out ability'*. Although it did not support a much better ruleset like Target Practice, it was still nice to have a few Melee and Spell casters holding down fort while the accurate range attackers caused damage to the enemy.

⚔️ *TEAM LINE-UP ⚔️

*🔥CONQUEROR JACEK

The great CONQUEROR JACEK, a summoner with the supernatural ability to grant the Piercing and Scattershot ability plus added +2 Speed points. This summoner buffs is so deadly that when he grants monsters fighting alongside with him, they become very dangerous and target Ranged & Magic Enemies. He is a latest release to the Chaos and i was thrilled to engage him in battle.


👉**WHY I PICKED CONQUEROR JACEK**

Summer CONQUEROR JACEK is disabler and Nullifier, hence, he is particularly effective in breaking my enemies resistance with minimal cost. 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 would become even more powerful with the added double speed point and breaking through enemies defense easily with the added Scattershot and Piercing abilities.

This summoner is such a very valuable card to have cause of this LEGENDARY fact, implying he will almost always fits 85% rulesets and battle mana cap.

*🔥 ANTOID PLATOON - 1ST POSITION

In front line comes the formidable defense squad of ants known as the *🐜ANTOID PLATOON🐜. The front position suits this monsters well, as they have decent defense and health to act as both resistance and tank unit. A 5-star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ army of monsters who fully deserve their moniker. They can Shield against melee and range attack monsters, while Scavenging the health of any monster that dies.

This card attack type is Melee, a powerful card and it is part of the Fire unit. It costs absolutely 4-mana to use in battle.


👉**WHY I PICKED 🐜ANTOID PLATOON🐜**

I picked *🐜ANTOID PLATOON🐜 because being a Melee attacker, it can cause great damage even at a lower levels, not to mention a zero mana card. Best when paired with summoners like CONQUEROR JACEK to make it fully resistant to enemies trying to bridge lineup. This card will help 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 by giving it opportunity to deal with enemies, the enemies will literally have to go through 🐜ANTOID PLATOON🐜 to get to him, thereby securing a win.


*🔥DJINN INFERNI - 2ND POSITION

DJINN INFERNI is the eldest of the ancient wardens of fire spirits of flame that dwell in the deepest lava. Second only to Lord Janai himself, he is prideful and cunning, but fiercely loyal. DJINN INFERNI can only be summoned to battle by a powerful summoner like CONQURER JACEK. His Giant killer does double damage to over powered monsters who cost 10+ mana in battle. A 3-star ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Epic warrior who has demonstrated his prowess. His Magic attack will do well to help this team.

This cards attack type is Magic, and it is part of the Fire unit. It costs 7-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for both mid & high mana ruleset battles.


👉**WHY I PICKED DJINN INFERNI*

I picked **DJINN INFERNI because he peers perfectly well with 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥*. This monster does great Exploits by turning enemies strategy against them. He is a definite add to any fire deck🔥.


*🔥BEETLE QUEEN - 3RD POSITION

Then comes *BEETLE QUEEN emerging through the cracks of the Molten Mountains. Not only can she thrive and multiply in the hot, acidic air, but she has also evolved into this terrifying kind well known across the Splinterlands. BEETLE QUEEN is equipped with the same naturally replenishing supply of nape juice as Fire Beetles, but with one key difference, she has wings. A 4-star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ warrior with powerful magic.

This cards attack type is Magic, and it is part of the Fire unit. It costs 4-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for both mid & high mana ruleset battles.


👉**WHY I PICKED BEETLE QUEEN**

I picked BEETLE QUEEN in other to outlast my enemies. I precited my opponent will come at me with magic spell casters, and in other to gain advantage, I brought her in for her great speed point and defense. One can never tell what the enemy will do, got to come ready.


*🔥DJINN APPRENTICE - 4TH POSITION

Next in line comes the formidable Theme Card **🔥DJINN APPRENTICE🔥*. A very interesting magic card that is already introduced above, low mana of 5 points so ample possibility to use it in battles, excluding restrictions on monsters with magical abilities.

This cards attack type is Magic, a Rare card and it is part of the Fire unit.


👉**WHY I PICKED 🔥DJINN APPRENTICE🔥**

I picked 🔥DJINN APPRENTICE🔥 because of his decent magic points and speed point too. Although he does not have any ability at this level, Summoner CONQUEROR JACEK gives him 2 abilities and extra 2 speed points, making it 5.


*🔥TENYII STRIKER - 5TH POSITION

A 4-star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🗡TENYII STRIKER🗡 is a very useful card in battle mainly because of it's Sneak ability which allows him target and destroy the last monster on the enemy team instead of the first and then Dodge ability which gives him increased chance to evade and destroy melee and ranged attack monsters. Even though this card is a Melee attacker, which prolly should be placed in front or second line, I placed him in 5th because of it's abilities. I wouldn't want him eliminated so soon nor too exposed for enemy attack. This will give him more room to cause damage and the enemy wouldn't know where the hits coming from.

This cards attack type is Melee, and it is part of the Fire unit. It costs 5-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for both mid & high mana ruleset battles.


👉**WHY I PICKED 🗡TENYII STRIKER🗡**

I picked **🗡TENYII STRIKER🗡 because his sneak ability which targets weak monsters will be very useful for 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥*. Those little monsters can get allover the theme card, hence having a team warrior take them out is great IMHO. Thought to take out my enemy when they unprepared and least expect it.


*🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM - 6TH POSITION

A 4-star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 is the card of the week. A very useful card in battle mainly because of it's Close range ability which allows him cause damamge even in the front position. Ideally i should've placed in front, but the rule set made me place him at the back, I mean, either way he is very much effective. This cards attack type is Range, and it is part of the Fire unit. It costs 3-mana to use in battle , as a result, it will be an excellent card for both mid & high mana ruleset battles.


👉**WHY I PICKED 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥**

I picked 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 because of it's the theme card and also it's Close range ability will deal considerably well from any position, decimating the enemies is key to my teams victory.



⚔️THE BATTLE⚔️


  • The Enemy came at me with the Fire element too but backed by Dragon ENEMY SUMMONER - DRAKE OF ARNAK. ENEMY-LIVING LAVA in first position, ENEMY-DISINTEGRATOR in second position, ENEMY-LAVA LAUNCHER in third position, ENEMY-GARGOYA DEVIL in fourth position , ENEMY-SPARK PIXIES in fifth position and finally ENEMY-NAGA FIRE WIZARD in last position. Although my opponent came at me with Level 1 cards, I have learnt never to look down on those cards as my butt have been whopped a few times with level cards in diamond league. So Let's see what happened.

  • SUMMONER - CONQUERER JACK grants all team monsters the +2 SPEED, SCATTERSHOT ABILITY and the PIERCING ABILITY.

  • *ENEMY-SUMMONER DRAKE OF ARNAK grants his team monsters the +1 DEFENSE**.

  • ENEMY-DISINTEGRATOR DEMORALIZES all my team monsters.

  • *DJINN INFERNI deals a Giant killer to ENEMY-LIVING LAVA, weakening it's health.

  • *BEETLE QUEEN then strikes and affects health of ENEMY-GARGOYA DEVIL.

  • *DJINN APPRENTICE targets ENEMY-LIVING LAVA and kills the monster instantly.

  • Brutal attacks from the enemy to my team, weakening front line monsters health.

Earthquake takes place and all monsters health affected by -2💔

  • DJINN INFERNI moves in quickly, targets and deals another Giant killer to ENEMY- DISINTEGRATOR affecting it's health. All Protection removed from Enemy monsters. 

  • *BEETLE QUEEN then strikes and kills ENEMY-SPARK PIXIES.

  • *DJINN APPRENTICE targets ENEMY-GARGOYA DEVIL and kills the monster instantly.

  • *ENEMY-LAVA LAUNCHER targets and kills my team monster DJINN INFERNI*😢

  • *ENEMY-NAGA FIRE WIZARD targets and kills my next team monster BEETLE QUEEN*😢

Earthquake takes place and all monsters health affected by -2💔

  • *TENYII STRIKER launches deadly attack on ENEMY-LAVA LAUNCHER, and 🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 follows same, dealing accurate close range to kill the monster.

  • *ENEMY-NAGA FIRE WIZARD suddenly sweeps in, targets and kills my team monster TENYII STRIKER*💔

Earthquake takes place and all monsters health affected by -2💔

  • With just one enemy standing and one of my team monsters left, *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 takes the pleasure of eliminating ENEMY-NAGA FIRE WIZARD before she could have the chance to react.

DO I LIKE THE *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥?

I think I do like this card *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 card. It sure has a very useful ability for a Ranged attacker and high health, i mean it survived the Earthquake ruleset which was meant to serve as a huge disadvantage. Not only can it attack from behind, but can also attack from front position, plus the decent 6 mana cost can be helpful in battles with low to medium mana limits.

*🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 ability of CLOSE RANGE is rare and important being a range attack monster, when placed at back position which maybe idle, but i now understand why it can be in front line cause of it's high health points of 10, he'll deal considerable damage to enemies and it'll be difficult for them to attack, it is one among the few chaos cards, hence, I am very optimistic about this particular ability. You can also employ it when feeling less positive about your lineup.

To be fair, I definitely am glad to have experienced it's amazing ability at Level 4, and would keep making use of in low mana Fire Splinter battles. It has decent range, Speed and good Health, that's already a slam dunk. This only demonstrates that if you play the Fire splinter and at decent mana cap such as this, then it is a card to have on deck.

In summary the battle was 4 rounds and interesting to watch. I will keep seeking more ways to buy and max out my owned card.

*DID MY STRATEGY WORK AND WHAT LESSONS DRAWN FROM IT?

Yes, my strategy worked, maybe not idle as best. It was a good lineup and strategy for this 46 mana battle⚔️

**What I learnt is that, *🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 being ranged attacker can be further enhanced with summoners that offer extra range points attack like Fire summoner Yodin Zaku, Would give this a go myself.

🔥MOLTEN ASH GOLEM🔥 is no doubt a decent card. This challenge has surely exposed his usefulness in battle.
