some hive resources/tips/my favorite accounts+services for noobs and veterans!
hi there
i just wanted to share some of my favorite hive tools/accounts/services, perhaps even crypto veterans will learn of services that they werent aware of!
i have been on hive since the end of june and am almost up to 400 hive power, which im fairly proud of. once you get the ball rolling, it gets a lot easier!
most important first stop for noobs:
https://m.giftgiver.site ... get some delegations to yourself. this is like borrowing power from someone for a week or so, giving you time to work on getting some of your own hive and not worry about resource credits... which brings us to:
the faucet https://m.giftgiver.site/faucet ... you get a little bit of hive (.003) every time you enter yr name /do the captcha, up to once per hour. not that exciting once youve started earning decent amounts of hive, but very useful, nonetheless...
get auto votes on yr posts just for playing the game every 3 days. not huge, but every bit counts and you only need invest a little time.
@dustsweeper : a bot that bids on comments that dont make the minimum threshold. you send it an amount, then it uses that amount to upvote your posts/comments so you don't miss out in earnings!
once you get a little hive going you can
delegate to:
@tipu: pays 10% apr paid out daily for delegation
@hive.curation : pays out 16% apr paid out daily for delegation, with upvotes for certain criteria. this is probably the best service i have found on hive. i delegate all my power to them basically then have been leasing power from dlease for less interest
is a site where you can spend hive to lease hive, typically at 10to14%. i have been leasing for a month or two and am pretty sure it has helped me grow my account faster, even though i keep spending my income to lease even more hive
i have been earning about half a hive a day in curation rewards, plus almost a hive a week from my delegations.
best search tool I've found so far:
better results with this than the peakd search... which i found rather clumsy, having to uncheck searching for users every time i did a search. then it mixes in 2 year old posts with recent ones and no way to sort them. with this one, you can choose to sort results by date, which is convenient
just a few tips and resources that i wanted to share! did i miss something you really like or recommend? please comment/share!
