Active player will remain as long as game pays good amount of DEC to players. I am tracking my ranked battle DEC rewards, they are tripled in last 2-3 days . Even DEC do not remain in peg but if you are able to exchange it for CHAOS pack, it is actually a good deal.

Look like Bot are going to stay.
