Should INDEX token be buying Spellbook in Splinterlands?

I guess when you saw this question, it might look to you a total weird and unrelated question? Why a token that is more like a INDEX of Hive-engine token and more like a fund that contain various token need to buy a summoner spellbook in Splinterland's game?

And answer lies in the holding of the INDEX token.

Did you notice that Index token has 6 million DEC in it and simply means that they have 6 million points towards the SPS airdrop and I think they will receive some nice chunk of SPS due to their DEC holdings.

I do not saw any official announcement from INDEX token about their strategy towards SPS airdrop but I assume that they will give the benefits to the end user as they send payments of all other token daily.

I am always little skeptical of fund token (INDEX,BRO etc) because I feel I can do my "fund management" job better than anyone else but seeing how they have evolved and paying dividends might make me to think otherwise.

Only fund I invested in was LBI as I was not sure that if I will go to defi (or outside of Hive ecosystem ) and my inner though advice that returns on defi will be insane.

In a nutshell , if you are holding INDEX and just thinking to dump it as price look increasing , then I should tell you that fund which derives 75% of it's holding value from DEC does not look good choice to be dumped.

Regarding Summoner spellbook.

Maybe not as someone told me in Maveric channel with confidence.

But anyway it is 12 staggered airdrop and I think @jongolson will really make some nice decision regarding SPS airdrop.
