Why doesn't Crypto do Something Already?

Things have been a bit stagnant lately in the crypto world. Nothing exciting is happening. Or so it would seem to me. And I've been through the 2017-2020 draught, so the concept of patience is not unknown to me. And yet, it feels like more should be happening right now in the crypto world. All time highs should be shattering one after the other, while many who are losing faith in mainstream economic systems flock to better more trustworthy alternatives.

The bullruns have come and gone. Are the bulls sleeping now? Are they fighting with the bears? Perhaps Elon's influence wasn't as insignificant as some of us (me included) believed it to be. Maybe McAfee's supposed death has something to do with it. Nobody ever really knows what is happening in this market. But it seems we know even less at the moment. Is something brewing? Is this the calm before the storm? Or are we heading to another 3 year slumber?
