Celebrities are one of the most influcial people in the world socially, they do this influencing now through social media, not just through Television adverts. This means a lot because celebrities can influence their fans, their lifestyle and now their finances. This is why celebrities need to be careful on what they promote. Lots of people especially their fans look up to them, they can lead their fans astray if they promote the wring thing, but recently, celebrities have been promoting shitcoins and failed projects. Its obvious that these celebrities dont do proper research about what they are promoting, so its safe to say that its time for celebrities to stop promoting shitcoins and crypto exchanges.
If they want to promote crypto, they can do based on their love for the exchange and the research they have done on the exchange, and it should be a decentralised project. This way they are talking and promoting it based on the love and the research they have done on the crypto project and token. This will help filter those people who are into crypto for the good reason from those who are obviously into it to shill coins and exchanges for money. With the FTX collapse having a lot of celebrities like Tom Brady, Steph Curry and other celebrities get investigated by the authorities and regulators due to the crypto exchange collapse coupled with the Kim kardashian and Floyd Mayweather law suit on a crypto they promoted, celebrities need to learn from them and stop promoting shitcoins.

Celebrities are great for marketing and creating awareness, but this can either be used in the right way or the wrong way, its obvious that most of them are being used wrongly, using these celebrities to send the wrong message to their fans. Imagine people who got into crypto or FTX because of Tom Brady’s FTX advert, how do you think they are going to be feeling right the exchange has collapsed? Its going to keep causing more harm than good if they keep promoting shitcoins and possible failed crypto exchanges.
