Making money is an extreme psychological state, the moment you make up your mind to do something, especially making money, it’s advisable to remove doubt from it. Because doubt is a tricky psychological agent that gives you more reason you will fail than succeed. Few days ago I decided to embark on dropshipping passion, so I went back to start watching YouTube videos just so I can catch up with things I had forgotten about dropshipping.
source I had this passion for dropshipping but the only issues I had with it is the advertising. It’s easy to set a shop online, it’s easy to pay for the Shopify webstore which will cost about $27 monthly, but after setting the store what next? How do you get people to see your store? How do you get people to come check out your store? If you are a popular social media influencer, it’s easier because you have the followers, but for someone like me that isn’t a social media influencer with a lot of followers, this was going to be a big challenge for me. This means that I have to rely on paid adverts a lot, pos adverts are gamble, at least that is how I see it.

I’m a crypto investor and my life currently revolves around crypto investments, in the quest of trying to diversify my investment I have been looking for ways to invest outside crypto just so I won’t be having all my eggs in one basket. But here we go again with doubts creeping into my head and giving me reasons why it will fail. Using Shopify is going to cost me money, so I will consider it an investment, because I will have to pay for monthly Shopify store subscription, which will cost me $27 and pay money for ads so that my store can reach potential buyers.

The risk here is that, any money I invest in has not guarantee that it will come back. When you pay for a Shopify store for the month, Shopify doesn’t care if you made sales or not, they will be expecting the next month payment. So if you don’t make sales for that month, the $27 you invested to rent the shop for the month is wasted. Then when you pay for Facebook ads, Facebook doesn’t care if the people they showed your product bought from you or not, they will deduct your money for the ads. This means that to see results you have to be consistent with the Shopify monthly payments and paying for Facebook ads. Meanwhile I know of crypto opportunities I can invest the money into and see results. Results are guaranteed but market price volatility fluctuation is the problem. These are the doubts that my mind keeps reminding me of whenever I think about the drop shipping adventure.
