Keep Staking Your POB Token Against Future Scarcity

Hi to my pob family, how have you been. Well it has been a very busy and boring day for me. I hope you had a nice day. Lately I have been extremely busy trying to expand my knowledge in cryptocurrencies, well the process has been wonderful and been going so well. I have learnt a lot in my 4 months on Hive, proofofbrain and Leofinance than I have learnt in 3 years trying to understand cryptocurrencies. I have made lots of mistake in the past regarding investments and cryptocurrency which I still lament on but I have learnt my lesson that, that’s part of life.

The proof of brain community is really a nice community that literally rewards you for using your brain. From my observations, the POB token is one of the tokens on the hive’s blockchain with quite a small limited number of supply. The supply is 21 million tokens and the current circulating supply is just over 1 million tokens. Subsequently we are seeing the reward decrease by 50%. Few months ago when I discovered this community, I noticed that the rewards for curating with pob token was worth approximately 30% monthly (correct me if am wrong please), but later on I realized the realized that the reward is 15% monthly. This just shows that the rewarding has been halved. In future we will see more decrease in the rewarding thereby driving token scarcity. And we all know the relationship amongst, demand, supply and scarcity. Only the braves that staked and kept staking for a long time will reap the fruit of their labour when the price goes to the moon.

The beauty of using proofofbrain is the unlimited access to information. The type of information being posted on proof of brain or using the proofofbrain tag is limitless. You can post from finance, science or educational post, life, health, poem, name it, just use your brain and you are good to go. I think it’s one of the flexible communities with no restrictions where everyone is accepted. As I Newbie, I love how the community welcomed me and made me feel appreciated, that is why my loyalty to the community is very necessary. Whenever I don’t stake my token, maybe at the end of the day, I feel guilty like am betraying the community. But that’s not the case am staking for the love I have for the community, and the future value of the community. We once saw the value of pob get to $0.8 at least that was the value of pob when I met, and I think if am not mistaking, it once got to $1. That was just a snippet to how the value of the token will be in the future. Imagine pob token getting to $20 in the future and you probably make 3% interest every month from curation. Imagine you have been staking consistently over time with probably 10,000 pob power staked, that’s approximately $6,000 monthly you will be making.

These figures seem far fetched to you right? Well this is crypto and anything can happen.

I see how we are growing in numbers in the community, we are constantly having new pob members in the community. Well we should also remember to teach these new members that the proofofbrain community is not just here to give you free money, you just can’t earn pob token and dump it when you get the chance. That’s not fair, give other people the chance to earn by staking and curating or delegating.
