If you are asked to name people in crypto and blockchain am sure you have lots of name to mention but I can bet you can’t mention more than two women, right? In the banking system it’s estimated that 42% of women don’t have access to traditional banking services worldwide. But it’s different in crypto, women can have access to the crypto technology to help them access and perform financial transaction easily. The world needs to start accepting more women and educating them and networking them to join in the crypto and blockchain technologies.
Well since you don’t much women in crypto I will list some for you so you can know them as we accept women into crypto and blockchain

Meltem Demirors She helped Developed a Digital Currency Group as own way of stepping into the crypto world. She is the Chief Strategy Officer of CoinShares who is doing her best to create acceptance of crypto as an asset class. Her background makes her understand prove to the world that you can be successful to matter your background. She is a child from two immigrants from Turkey so she donates 1% of her crypto each year to support education for women in Turkey.

Mia Deng

Mia Deng is partner to a company that works as a cross-border crypto asset investment firm whose companies are in Asia and the United States of America.

Kathryn Haun She is a general partner in a firm called a16z and she became the first female general partner. a16z is a crypto investment capital venture firm.

Laura Shin

Laura Shin is crypto and blockchain journalist who is a host of a podcast called unchained. She is a reputable journalist in the crypto and blockchain world. She has written a book named The Cryptopians: Idealism, Greed, Lies, and the Making of the First Big Cryptocurrency Craze which is to be published later this year.

Mona El Isa She is the CEO and Co-Founder of a company formerly known as Melonport but known as Enzyme Finance now. The company was founded in 2016 as an on chain asset management Defi Protocol.
Enzyme works a protocol that enables individuals to create, set up and write the rules of their investment fund in code. These codes are then enforced by the blockchain. This acts serves two users which are the managers and investors.

Elizabeth Stark She is the CEO and Co-Founder of lightning labs in 2016. Lightning labs developed a software that enables the lightning network, this is to help bitcoin transactions cheaper and faster.
