Decentralized Finance (DEFI) - The Future of Investment

Earning money is important and investment is equally important because if we want our money to grow then this is a requirement. When it comes to investment then we always look for options where we can earn a higher amount of interest and this is something that we all expect with our investment. There are so many options that we can choose India's traditional market but the only condition is that our money will be held by the financial institution or by the bank. We are paid a certain percentage on the deposits as per the period selected by us and after the majority only we will get our money back. If we try to close in between then there is some penalty and in most cases, we hardly earn anything if the deposit is closed before maturity.

Now things are changing and crypto is like a revolution where we can earn way better than what we can earn with the traditional options file it is much better because for some reason. Decentralises finance in crypto is one after the segment where we can earn amazing returns on the investment. I mean we have seen in the past when people have earned a huge amount in less period and I believe this is the power of cryptocurrency. Surely there is risk involved but I would like to mention that it is everywhere so even the traditional segment is not left alone.

Decentralized Finance (DEFI) is a method in a crypto investment where we can manage our investment without any third party or intermediary. It is a technology-driven solution where everything is tech-based and there is no manual intervention to manage the investment. The platform is built on blockchain technology and transactions are processed through smart contracts. There is some algorithm that works as programmed to ensure that things are executed as mentioned while keeping the funds secure and giving complete access to the owner.

My DeFi Journey

I started my DeFi journey a bit late but started it with CubDeFi and this is the first-ever defi platform by leofinance. I think late is better because I had chosen the trustable platform and reliable team which is why even now I feel more confident that things are going to be better soon. This was the first project I started with and initially, it was doing very well but later on, I don't know what happened and things started going down. I'm still holding all my tokens and deposited them on the platform however I rarely check my balance because it is on auto so hardly there is anything that I need to do. CUB token price is too low and I just can't sell at this price so it's better to hold and wait for the right time and in between, it also earns more tokens.

The Future of DeFi and its better

now people have started moving to the segment where decentralization exists and it is not possible in the traditional world. Even with social media people prefer to use platforms where they are not controlled by any entity. As we know that in the traditional market our money is managed by a third party and we lose control when we invest but now with the defi segment things are just the opposite. We never lose control of our money and this is why people like to invest more. It's flexible and we can withdraw our funds anytime without going through any manual process or the involvement of any intermediary. The entire process is technology driven and available round the clock. There are some charges in form of the transaction fee that we need to pay every time we transact. This transaction fee does not matter unless we use the Ethereum-based platform.

Impermanent loss is one of the terms in Decentralized Finance and because of this many people used to stay away but now we have also got a solution for this.
