My LEO Goals for 2023 - Keeping it challenging and realistic
It's great to lot of people sharing their leo goals for the next year. Thanks to @leogrowth for allowing us to set up the goal now and keep track throughout the year.

This year 2022 was a good start for me when I first became a newborn cub and then grew up to be the cub. This is a big achievement for me and even the same amount of learning that I want to utilize next year. I had a low leo stake at the beginning of this year 2022 but ending the year now with more than 5k Leo Power. This journey has been great so far and with an initiative like this which is long-term, I expect that the next year 2023 is going to be even more fun.
2022 Year-End Stake
Below is my leo wallet's snapshot and I have 5081 Leo power that I take as 5100 leo power in the round. With this, I get the title of CUB in the leo ecosystem but I want to grow it further. This year I have managed a ratio of approx 300 Leo power on monthly basis and I again say that this was a good start.
Goal for 2023
I have mentioned above that my monthly ratio was approx 300 leo power a month and now I want to grow it to 500 Leo power in a month. This becomes 6000 Leo in the year and by end of 2024, I will have more than 11k leo power in my wallet.

So above is the table that I will be following throughout the year 2023. Every month I will add 500 Leo and this is how I increase my leo stake even more than double.
Leo Strategy for 2023
Now that I have set up my goal so now I am sharing the strategy which I will follow to achieve the goal.

Delegation reward- I have delegated my leo power to @hodlcommunity and they pay me some reward which is not so high but it will grow as and when I increase my stake

Buying from the market- This is an important part that I will be doing to grab more leo. It's very important to see if there is any buying opportunity and I will try to make the most of it whenever I see a good buying opportunity.

Post reward- Although I am not sure this will be one of the parts that can help me have some leo tokens. Ultimately if I don't reach my threshold then I will buy from the market.
Some Delegation of Hive Power to @leo.voter
This is an option that I have in my mind and planning to do it soon. It pays an apr of 16% which is good and I will try to do it soon. I am not sure how much I will be able to earn this way but surely it will be an option that I am going to use to add some more tokens to my leo earnings.
While I will explore and use all the options to earn more Leo and for the rest, I will buy from the market. The only goal I want to achieve is to have the holding of 11k or more leo power in my account. I will continue to post my monthly updates to see how I am doing and even if there is any need to make some changes in the strategy.
