For some parents, the future means the next generation, so from now on, they started investing in it. I talked to three parents from different parts of the world, who buy cryptocurrencies whenever they have the opportunity. Not to use them in a month or a year, but to collect them for their children in the long run.

The popularity of cryptocurrencies has penetrated in recent years in more and more countries. What in the past seemed to be a world dedicated to finance or IT specialists, today has become a free market in which more and more parents want to participate. Some want to get rich quickly, others want to invest in the long run in what they believe is the future. Everyone has a common belief: virtual currencies are profitable.

HODLing for a 1-Year-Old

A good friend who is also a parent set aside $ 250 in bitcoin for his child 5 years ago and told me that he has a nice allowance today: over $ 40,000. Although there are no guarantees, some parents believe that the train is not lost and save their children's future by buying cryptocurrencies. His little girl is one of the children he will inherit from his parents in the next decade. The little girl is less than a year old, but her mother and father have already started working on the dowry she will receive when she grows up in the form of one or more cryptocurrencies. Her father told me that he entered the cryptocurrency market for about 5 years and during all this time she studied and documented this phenomenon. He told me that he sees investing in crypto as a "door to the future" and confessed to me that he is not afraid that in the future he will lose what he puts aside today.

A Single Mother Investing in Crypto

A friend who is a mother and has a 7-year-old believes that "the crypto market represents the future of our children", but confesses that investing in cryptocurrencies is not the only resource she allocates to the little one. "I would have taken more risks if I practiced day trading (n.r. daily exchange of cryptocurrencies), but I invested in the long term so the risks, I think, are lower. The profit takes longer to reach me, but it is safer. My little girl is 7 years old and I wish that at the age of 18 I could give her a gift for her future, what I saved but also invested for her ", she told me.

She also told me that she did not have a predetermined amount to invest in the child's digital wallet every month. She only buys as much as she can afford.

"Let's not forget that, although the crypto market promises a lot, it is still unstable at the moment and it is good to have a backup option. Most want a substantial and quick return on investment, although they should also focus on a slow, substantial but also safe return. I am young enough to make the money I dream of if I am temperate and lucid in investments ", she said to me.

"When our children are older, cryptocurrencies will be normal and easy to use."

Erik is another good friend, a parent who sees his children paying for their vacation in cryptocurrencies. He is the Tourism Consultant and says that he has been using this type of investment since the time when virtual currencies were not very well received in his country. "I think the crypto and blockchain system will change the future, just as email and the internet have changed our present. If you want to be among the early adopters, now everyone has to get on the boat ", he told me.

Asked about the risks, he told me so much: invest only as much as you can afford to lose.

"It's hard to always buy at the lowest price and sell at the highest price, even robots still can't do that, and people even more so. My children are 3 and 5 years old now and I think when they will be adults. cryptocurrencies will be commonplace, and some governments will have their own digital currencies, ” he told me.

About GOV having their own crypto, this is an issue that still needs discussion. Not that it won't happen, but how will that be for us? What will this lead to?

Coming back to the blockchain, I have a few friends who either engaged their parents into Hive or their children. Most of my friends that I have got in Hive over the last month are interested in the LeoFinance and CubFinance.
Bravo!
Some parents were fascinated when I told them about our CUB :)

I do have some friends who go for the Travel community as they miss traveling and to share more pictures and articles there. It's all good as we are all here at this moment!

I admit. I am into crypto for the long run for personal reasons, just as anybody else. 👫👫 And I love to see parents who think about the future of their children. I know some might be worried in the beginning that a price fall of any crypto they might have can make them lose their investment. But many got used to the market corrections and understand them by now.

With appreciation for these parents and for your time taken to read this article, @regenerette
