Too many OPTIONS, to Invest Upon on Hive Blockchain !!!

Good morning/evening/night
Seems like many users are powering down their assets on Steem Blockchain. And many are re-investing them on several projects depending on their criteria. I have been trying to get into some of those projects and wanted to get some insights and make some profit ;) from them. Upon searching I came up with not one but 3 projects that seems promising to me.
