Thanks and congrats everybody as well! As a day one investor I'm proud to be here and surrounded by so many calm and long term guys, in an industry that is not known precisely for being cautious. The only thing I expect for second year is to increase even more our range of assets, slowly but surely. Definitely good times ahead, even with a correction as expected in 22.
