Opening My First PSYBERX Crate (Special Edition)

What Is PSYBERX?

PSYBERX is an in-development shooter style game similar to Call Of Duty that is being built on the HIVE Blockchain. It will utilize NFT's for game play. These NFT's and other game related cryptocurrency assets will be tradable on the in game market and/or on secondary markets.

What Are PSYBERX Crates?

  • Special, Limited Edition Psybercrates

There are 2 ways and 2 ways only to get your hands on a Special Limited Edition Psybercrate. (1) Hold increments of 200K LVL for a 60 day average based on snapshots taken by PSYBERX on a random date within each month. After the PSYBERX team takes a snapshot on a random day within the month every month they then divide that number by 200K. For every 200K that is held one airdropped crate will be given. (#2) Own a Commercial Land Plot. There was a total of 50 Commercial Land Plots for sale and they sold out in a hurry. Everyone who holds one or more will get airdropped one crate per Plot held (Starting date March/2022). One can also purchase regular PSYBERX Crates directly from the PSYBERX webpage.

Today I will be opening my very first Psybercrate. Crates have been openable for awhile now and I'm shocked I waited this long to take part. The crate I will be opening will be a Special, Limited Edition Psybercrate in which gets airdropped to those holding 200,000 Level tokens or more (running on a 60 day average). For those familiar with Splinterlands these PSYBERX Crates are very similar to Booster Packs and are openable in the same type of fashion. Crates contain FIVE NFT's with the Special Edition given a favorable drop rate for the more sought after cards.

How To Open

After completing the steps above you will be able to flip over five NFT's. The above screenshot shows the NFT's that were in my Crate (Four Commons and One Rare). The Rare card is named Jacked In which has the following description, "Wireless information data port that transmits enemy movements, killstreaks, and position directly to the HUD of the player. 20 sec duration."

How To Purchase Crates?

To purchase a Special, Limited Edition Psyerbcrate you will need to purchase one from someone who has been airdropped one. This can be done directly on the PSYBERX marketplace or in a private sale. To purchase a regular crate simply log in to the PSYBERX webpage, click the purchase link at the top of the screen. A drop down menu will appear, select purchase crates. You will be brought to the section in which you can purchase crates. That same menu has links to the PSYBERX NFT Market (this is where you can purchase individual NFT's and Land from other PSYBERX community members). Pro Tip: If purchasing land check the MarketPlace first. You might be able to purchase a Small Plot from a PSYBERX community member for a fraction of the cost PSYBERX sells it for. Crates purchased directly from the PSYBERX can be purchased using HIVE or HBD. The NFT Market is where you will need SWAP.HIVE, SWAP.HBD or Level to make purchases.
