Someone's Playing Games With HBD

Could be a fluke. Who knows, maybe an investor is expecting a dump.

I've always considered it unlikely that anyone would bother to pump HBD. The Koreans who are known for this type of antics are mostly on Steem.

Meanwhile SBD (Steem Backed Dollar) is still at a stupid level:

Frankly speaking, I'm not sure whether I would prefer HBD behaving like this. On one hand, the development fund would go much further. But we'd lose the stability of an on-chain stable coin.
