How reliable is AI in finding me new topics to write about...?

I recently integrated my main blog with Ezoic - this basically just meant changing the name servers from WordPress to Ezoic's and one of the tools I now have access to is this nice little AI which scans the topics on my blog and the suggests similar topics I haven't covered along with their search volume and potential difficulty for ranking on Google given what's already been written about these topics...

When I log into the tool I see the following table...

Looking down the topics I can see that most of the suggestions are sensible, they all fit with my main blog which is a sociology blog and the first few make sense...

Independent variable - no surprise that's got the largest search volume, but it's also got medium difficulty to rank as that concept is a darling of psychology, so it will already be well-covered, but it's certainly going to be worth my while doing a post applying it to sociology.

Probably I'm better ff targeting something like rationalisation - a lower search volume but easier for ranking, I know that's a massive concept in sociology, relevant to a lot of stuff I've already written about but something I haven't taken a deep-dive into in a specific post, and it interests me too.

Subcultures would be the next - I have written posts on subcultural theory but not on subcultures, so that's a great suggestion and again interesting and easy to rank.

Unfortunately most of the rest of the suggestions I've already covered BUT I can modify my existing posts to have explicit headings like those above so as to cover those search terms - I don't want to have too much overlap, Google just ignores one or more posts that have repeat content!

Further down the suggestions...

Unfortunately by as early as page 7 the ideas are drying up, I can't see myself writing about too many of the following....

Maybe material culture, I haven't covered that explicitly and I might do a few on the areas of psychology that overlap with sociology, but everything else overlaps with stuff I've already done, so it's a case of useful for helping me to update more than decent suggestions of new stuff to write about.

Still, it's a useful tool and I'm sure as I write more it will throw out more suggestions!
