The Shepherd

In herding activities, a shepherd must be able to direct his herd to the grass field or direct it back to the cage. This is not an easy activity, because what is being faced is a group of animals that of course do not understand human language.

So a shepherd must have a strategy so that his flock of livestock can follow his orders. It is difficult if you have to train all the animals to follow his orders, so what a shepherd does is train only one tail which is considered the strongest, if the strongest animal can be subdued, then other animals will follow him. From the process the prophets took a lesson that in order to conquer a group of people, it was not necessary to conquer all of them, but only to conquer one of them who was the most influential.
