It's been a busy week in Rising Star!

Raves

The rewards calculation code was rolled out to allow our eagle eyed testers to spot any issues and so far all looks good!

The next stage is to start issuing rewards to the testers using the ATOM token that is now worthless but allows us to test the full rewards and withdrawals system.

The RV1 & RV2 cards were launched and are now used to raid raves and put in hoax calls instead of the fanboost1 & skillboost1 cards we were using for initial testing.

These cards are now available for the equivalent of $5 in STARPRO and we will list up to 10 at a time. If you wish to purchase either and you don't see any on the market from the official @risingstargame2 account then please let us know in Discord and we will add more.

Raves Reward Pool

The reward pool continues to grow and we now have enough to launch Raves with modest SWAP.HIVE rewards that will continue to grow over time.

STARPRO / STARBITS Buy Backs

It has been a long time coming and whilst our experiment is still ongoing we have reached the point were Music Promoter has become a better way to get STARPRO than buying from the market on most days. Sometimes the bidding gets a little out of hand so make sure you understand what you are doing before you start bidding!

As you can see from above Music Promoter is now burning millions of STARBITS a day and that is helping stabilise prices. Of course there are no guarantees that this will work long term yet but it is doing what we hoped it would do at the moment.

Now that the Raves reward pool is looking healthy it also gives us some scope to start buying back STARPRO and STARBITS. Currently we are doing this on an ad hoc basis with the idea being to try and reduce the bots doing arbitrage across the different liquidity pools and the market.

Longer term we would like to make STARPRO deflationary by always buying back more than has been minted on any given day minus STARPRO spent.

Another STARPRO Use Case

As well as use cases in game we continue to look for opportunities for other use cases for STARPRO.

Our latest partnership is with the awesome @cryptoshots.nft bot based on ChatGPT, KarinaYana.

By staking STARPRO and DOOM into the relevant liquidity pools you can now receive tips in STARBITS and other tokens as well as win limited edition CyberGirl NFTs and interact with ChatGPT via the bot in our Discord.
