I am aware that QC government always push the value of the clean energy grid in the province. They urged investors to use it for low-carbon products to reduce GHG emissions. Now, they are thinking about blockchain and crypto mining. They are the most tech liberal govts in the country and if someone can go for these tech friendly regulation then it is QC.
