Very Excited For Leo Mobile
One of the main reasons that I think sites like Leo Finance and other web 3 destinations are still struggling to break through to the common user is the difficulty in signing up and accessing the app.
With the launching of the @leofinance mobile app, I think we are taking a huge step in rectifying that problem. People use Twitter, Facebook and Instagram because they are easy to learn and download and as a result of their friends are signed up on them and continue to interact with them.
With this mobile app, I hope that things become streamlined during sign ups using a simple button or two in the app and that the app makes it easy to understand what is going on when you interact with Leo Finance.
I have found that people really have a hard time grasping how the curation process works and where the funds are coming from, so by making it as easy as possible to use the platform through an app, I think users may find it just a bit easier to grasp.
I don't know that an app will be the remedy for bringing everyone over to web3, but it really helps for users that have phones and not laptops. I think that it is very difficult to figure out that you can use the Hive Keychain app to use Leo Finance or other Hive-based sites. By creating an app that is solely for Leo Finance, I think it will be clear and easy to follow and just an enormous step in the right direction when it comes to inclusivity and accessibility.
