[ESP-ENG] Tarea de la Iniciativa para Novatos :-Objetivos y Recomendaciones 📝.

Holaa mis queridos amigos Hivers, hoy estoy alegre de presentarles mi primera tarea de “Newbies Initiative” llamada “Objetivos y recomendaciones “ realizada gracias a @aliento, @eddiespino y @grisvisa .La cual me gusto hacer, porque ayuda a fijarnos metas, las cuales nos ayudan a crear un camino que seguir, y eso nos entusiasma a crear el mejor contenido cada día.

Hello my dear Hivers friends, today I am happy to present you my first "Newbies Initiative" assignment called "Goals and recommendations" made thanks to @aliento, @eddiespino and @grisvisa. Which I liked to do because it helps us to set goals, which helps us to create a path to follow, and excites us to create the best content every day.

Objetivos propuestos

Mi objetivo principal es poder aprender y desarrollarme cada día más dentro de esta plataforma, por medio de contenido de calidad, el cual resulte atractivo y me ayude a interactuar con más comunidades y personas que conviven aquí.
Poder realizar publicaciones de manera constante, sin desmejorar los post. Mi meta es hacer una publicación diaria, la cual guste y cumpla las reglas aprendidas durante el tiempo que he estado en esta iniciativa, la cual me ha ayudado mucho y he aprendido en tan poco tiempo.
Otras de las cosas que me propuse es aumentar mi hp entre 200-300, mi reputación a 60 y tener un poco más de seguidores activos, que me ayuden a mejorarme dentro de la plataforma. Cabe mencionar que me gustaría tener cada vez más comentarios, lo cual sería grandioso, ya que a través de la retroalimentación con mis leyentes , podre aprender lo que necesito cambiar y como seguir en este mundo. También gracias a esta tarea me animare a visualizar y comentar más post, que me ayuden a mejorar y conocer más personas.

Proposed objectives

My main objective is to be able to learn and develop more and more within this platform, through quality content, which is attractive and helps me to interact with more communities and people who live here.
To be able to make publications in a constant way, without making the posts worse. My goal is to make a daily publication, which is liked and complies with the rules learned during the time I have been in this initiative, which has helped me a lot and I have learned in such a short time.
Other things I set out to do is to increase my hp to between 200-300, my reputation to 60 and to have a bit more active followers, which will help me to improve myself within the platform. It is worth mentioning that I would like to have more and more comments, which would be great, because through the feedback with my readers, I will be able to learn what I need to change and how to continue in this world. Also thanks to this task I will be encouraged to view and comment on more posts, which will help me to improve and meet more people.

¿Cómo alcanzar los objetivos?

Cumplir con el objetivo de publicar un post diario, el cual tenga un excelente contenido. Me esforzare por no bajar la calidad del contenido y poner en práctica las herramientas dadas por la iniciativa.

Pienso que una parte importante del crecimiento es la interacción no solo con los leyentes de nuestros post sino también todas las personas dentro de esta plataforma, los cuales gracias a ellos podre ir aumentando ni solo en conocimientos, sino en hp, reputación , comentarios y seguidores.

Creo que unas de las cosas más gratificantes para mí en esta plataforma es la interacción con todas las personas, ya que no solo por el apoyo dado, sino porque se crean lazos de amistad, esto es lo bonito de esta gran comunidad. Durante este tiempo ha sido agradable poder haber aprendido muchas cosas que ignoraba, ya que hace anteriormente me encontraba escribiendo post, sin saber muchas cosas y me sentía perdida en un inmenso mar , como un pequeño pez jejeje.

How to achieve the objectives?

To meet the objective of publishing a daily post, which has excellent content. I will strive not to lower the quality of the content and put into practice the tools given by the initiative.

I think that an important part of the growth is the interaction not only with the readers of our posts but also with all the people within this platform, which thanks to them I will be able to increase not only in knowledge, but also in hp, reputation, comments and followers.

I think that one of the most rewarding things for me on this platform is the interaction with all the people, not only because of the support given, but also because friendship bonds are created, this is the beauty of this great community. During this time it has been nice to have learned many things that I did not know, because previously I was writing post, without knowing many things and I felt lost in a huge sea, like a little fish hehehehe.

Por lo dicho anteriormente quiero nuevamente agradecer a la “Newbies Initiative” y a todos sus colaboradores , por tan bonita labor, los cuales nos han ayudado a los novatos con muchas herramientas , las cuales muchas no teníamos ni idea jeje . Espero que sigan realizando esa linda labor de ayudar a los nuevos durante mucho tiempo.

I would like to thank again the "Newbies Initiative" and all their collaborators, for such a nice work, which have helped us newbies with many tools, which many of us had no idea hehe. I hope they keep on doing this nice job of helping newbies for a long time.
